When designing Wendell Falls, the team envisioned bringing together residential, natural, commercial and retail spaces to create a community based on new ways to live and work. Some dismissed it as an impossible dream, but today, Wendell Falls has blossomed into a lively and eclectic community that defies the odds and dares to think differently.
In addition to the conveniences that are already in Wendell Falls, this year, the master-planned community has welcomed five new businesses, including Starbucks, Don Beto’s Tacos and Tequila, Jersey Mike’s, Elements Massage and Parkside, a local Raleigh favorite. And there’s a lot more where that came from, with plans to welcome even more to Treelight Square, the community’s bustling retail and dining destination, along with additional retail, office and residential selections.
Clairemont saw this as a newsworthy opportunity for our client and secured coverage for the recent commercial developments at Wendell Falls in the Triangle Business Journal. In the article, Tanya Matzen, vice president of operations for Brookfield Properties, shares details about the upcoming plans along with photos of the now-open restaurants and conveniences in Treelight Square.
